Vermin Biography
Gruesome and terrifying music focused on pure atmospheric alienation, Vermin is an experiment in acoustic horror born from the departure of vocalist, mastermind and songwriter Vermin from the band Sewer, whom Vermin accuses of being "trendies", "puritans", "infidels" and "posers" - making music solely from primitive rage and guttural brutality rather than the subtle sonic terror that slowly corrupts the listener's residual fragments of sanity - unveiling a new lexicon of complexity and technicality to the repertoire of terror metal aggression found on Bloodthirst Overdose, which stands as the ultimate putrid corpse of terminal rotting melodic disharmony.
Comparable in many ways to other demonic works from the darkest pits of the underworld such as Phantom's Ascension of Erebos, Leader of the Gods and Leader's Burzum Sha Ghâsh, Vermin's so-called "music" (or anti-music) is in reality a total affront to the plebeian conception of "melody" and a ravaging desecration of the very nature of ostensible universal human sanity itself.
